Our Environmental practices........

Little Green Frog Print and Design uses only citrus based chemicals which are both safer for the operator and the environment. Our Heidelberg press runs the Varn system of dampening which eliminates the requirement to wash dampers. This saves both water and the inevitable chemicals used in the washing ending up in our waterways

We recycle all paper offcuts, paper waste and all aluminium metal printing plates through several independent recycling companies.

Little Green Frog Print only uses cloths from the Smith Family in the printing factory. This assists the charity organization and supports our policy of recycling with all the rags being cut from unusable clothing donations

We recycle all empty laser cartridges through the Starlite Foundation who refill and sell the cartridges to raise funds for their wonderful cause.

Little Green Frog Print promotes the of use papers and boards which carry the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification and is currently applying for the COC (Chain of Custody) certification. The mission of the FSC to ‘promote environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the world’s forests’ is embraced by our company.
